2018 Men's Thorby Shield Major Singles

The welcomed rain this week has delayed the long awaited final between Darrin Ede and Ross Fitzpatrick to next Saturday 16th June, play commencing at 9:15am.

They will then finally sort out who will hold the Thorby Shield for Men's Major Singles aloft as 2018 champion.

Celebrating her 90th Birthday with our dear friend June Scott today. June has been a long time member of West Pennant Hills Sports Club bowling section. She is not able to play bowls but continues to take a genuine keen and supportive interest in whatever our ladies are doing. Congratulations June!

The form of our teams since the first two rounds has gradually improved, with both the 4s and 6s having some wins (at least on individual rinks).
