An update from the Men's Management Committtee

reader, I would like to inform you of the recent decisions taken by the Men's Management Committee. UNIFORM It was resolved to change the shorts and pants to WPH Dark Royal Blue. This will be the dress for 2019 Pennants and for Club Representation. Both are available from – Hunter Bowls Unit 9 8 Victoria Ave Castle Hill https://www.hunterbowls.com.au/ TROPHIES It was resolved that winners and runners-up of competitions would receive individual trophies. Badges are to be presented to the winners only of the Major Singles and Major Pairs. PENNANTS 2019 The first round is scheduled for the 9th March 2019 – look for the sheet on the notice board to indicate your availability to allow the Selectors to nominate teams. SPONSORSHIP Secretary, Ian Corke, is eager to take calls on advertising around the greens. There is plenty of opportunity for sponsorship so please consider this. MEMBERSHIP Over the past months, the Men’s Section has experienced a number of bowlers giving the game away or moving out of the district. We need to build our bowling ranks by getting out there and finding new bowlers.
