We had 40 bowlers taking the green for a tribute match in honour of Barrie Stuart, a former President of the club. Ken Wighton, a long time bestie of Barrie's, spoke of Barrie and what a friend and support he was to Ken & his wife Margaret. Many in the club could relate to Ken's words of the kind, supportive and friendly Barrie.
All in all, a great day for our club, and all look forward to the coming year of great bowls in a friendly and supportive club.
