Rod Gamble (lead), Steve Watson (2nd) and Peter Booth (skip) won the final of the Zone 10 Triples down @ Northmead on Sunday.

A little bit of drizzle during the final, but it held off until the end of play after that. A very tough final with no one team bettering the other by more than a point or two. It was a cliff hanger till the 25th end which was 23-23. An extra end was played with WPH being 3 down until The Field Marshall played a blinder and got shot. The other skip with one bowl to go knocked Peter's bowl out of the head, only to have it roll back around and still stay for shot.

WPH won 24-23 on the extra end.
