CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Preliminaries:
Conditions of Entry in this competition will be subject to acceptance of the schedule and rules as set out below.
Nominations for this event close on Saturday 8th June 2013 at noon, with the draw being made immediately thereafter.
Eligibility:
In order to be eligible to play in any club championship, a player must be a financial member of West Pennant Hills Men’s Bowling Section and be registered with the Royal New South Wales Bowling Association at the time of nomination for the event and during the playing of the event.
In addition, to be eligible, participants must not have played in an association event for any other club during the calendar year without written consent from RNSWBA Match Committee.
(For association events, players eligibility rule shall be as per State Conditions of play 2.6)

NOTE: The Original program has changed to reduce the 2 games on Sat 13th July, by adding Sunday 16th June. However, if less than 16 entries, Round 1 will be played on 22nd June and other games as below.
The full schedule for this competition is below however, the Match Committee reserves the right to amend the draw as it deems necessary in order to bring the event to a successful conclusion.

Conditions of Play:
This is an Association Event and as such will be played under the rules as per the State Conditions of Play and W.P.H. Men’s Bowling Club local Conditions of Play.
All matches are to be played “on the set dates” as shown above. Any movement away from the set dates must have prior approval of the Match Committee. Such approval will only be granted in extenuating circumstances. One substitute or replacement is permitted if circumstances warrant it.
Any substitution or replacement must be notified to the Match Committee and approved by the umpire on the day of the match.
The play or forfeit rule will apply at all times with the following exceptions:
- inclement weather
- a player playing in a State or Zone game representing the club
- long weekend or public holiday.
The Club’s dress code calls for anyone participating in any Club championship, Pennant team or in any outside competition where the participants have entered under the WPH banner, must wear the Club‘s official blue, purple and white shirt. Plain white or the Club’s old cream coloured shirts are unacceptable. Anyone who arrives to play in the incorrect uniform will not be permitted to take their place in the competition.
The match committee reserves the right to extend the period for playing the finals by up to two (2) weeks, otherwise the play or forfeit rule by-law applies.
