Congratulations to Robyn Noona in her 25:15 victory over Shauna Geraghty.
It was close early with the two of them going shot for shot and it looked like being a marathon when, after 9 ends, the score was locked at 6:6.
Then Robyn got a 4 to lead 10:6 and Shauna was unable to catch her.
After 22 ends it was 24:11 to Robyn.
Shauna then thought Robyn had the winning shot in the 23rd end and was calling her the champ till they got to the head and it was Shauna who had scored 1.

Shauna then scored 3 to make it a respectable 24:15 and after being on 24 for 3 ends Robyn got shot with her fourth bowl in the 25th end.
So kind of them as there are only 25 ends on the cards and no second card was needed.

Congratulations to both of you for making it to the final and to Robyn for winning in such impressitve style. Last week I phoned the semi results to AAP and they spelt Shauna’s surname incorrectly and this week they got that right but managed to print it as the Major Singles even though I specifically said Minor.
Not to worry… Robyn will have that one soon too the way she is playing.
