The annual Rose Bowl between WPH and Beecroft Women's Bowling Clubs was played today in very windy conditions at WPH.
WPH got off to a good start and led 27-20 after six ends. The lead changed quite a few times and with only two ends to go WPH led 73-72.
In the last two ends WPH added 7 shots but Beecroft added 14 to their score and won overall 86-80.
WPH won it last year and President Kay Iredale presented the bowl to Beecroft Secretary, Lyn Thornewell.
