Women's 2021 Championship Trophy Presentation

The women's 2021 trophy presentation took place on Tuesday 25 January 2022 after bowls. Trophies were presented by President  Janet Downer. The Major Singles was won by the ever reliable draw bowler Marion Corrigan with runner up Kaye Bailey.

The Consistency was won by Kaye Eagle with runner up once more Kaye Bailey. She said on the day "always the bridesmaid, never the bride".

The Club Pairs was won by Joy Battersby and Maureen O'Brien with runners up new bowler Thelma Scanes and Wendy Wise. Unfortunately Thelma was unable to be present on the day.

The Minor Singles was won by Heather Hardwick with the runner up Carol Hamilton one of our newest bowlers. The final trophy presented on the day was the inaugural Cass Joyce Memorial Trophy which greatly surprised the recipient Kaye Eagle as it had been a very well kept secret. Kaye was chosen as she has been on one committee or another since she started bowls in 2012 as well as being an umpire, coach, communications officer and has won every championship at least once.
