On a chilly Monday morning, 17th June 2024 the West Pennant Hills Sports Living Choice Carnival was underway.
We had a total of 26 teams competing, from clubs including the Verandah (Beecroft), Burwood Diggers, Castle Hill, Dural, North Epping, Pennant Hills, and of course WPH Sports.
There was a short burst of sunshine which was nice, but it was a cold day. After the two games were completed, the Bowlers retired to the Cedar room for a welcomed hot roast meal supplied by Sawyers Bistro.
Unfortunately, our Living Choice representative, the lovely Carlie Gowenlock was unable to attend due to an unexpected challenge at Glenhaven Village.
A lovely Hamper supplied by Living Choice, was raffled off, and presented by Ross Franklin on behalf of Carlie. The winners of the tournament were announced. This was followed by a raffle with prizes donated by WPH Sports club. Prizes included Wine and cash cards.
