This year's Fashion Parade was a great success. The Women's Bowling Club made a record profit thanks to the efforts of many volunteers and the drive of our new Secretary Yvonne Kavanagh.
Apologies that there are too many volunteers to name individually. Thanks to all those who donated items that went into raffle prize baskets, prepared the baskets, made and donated items for sale, baked slices, set up the tables and cleaned up afterwards, collected money, directed visitors as they entered the club and sold raffle tickets. Thanks also to the 75 women who came, bought clothes and helped make it such a success and to the Sports Club who donated bottles of wine for the raffle.
Last but not least thank you to our models Lynne Champion, June Huntley, Rosemary Roles, Marion Corrigan and Robyn Noonan who paraded with great style and humour.
