A meeting was held on 15th March to further consider the way forward for combining the Men's and Women's bowling sections.
In attendance were Ross Iredale, Ian Corke, Robin Curtis and Kay Iredale.
A draft Constitution has been prepared and agreed to by all members at this meeting. This will be sent to the Sports Club for perusal and comment before it is distributed to the Men’s and Women’s section members.
A draft set of By-Laws for each of the Men’s and Women’s sections was also agreed to. These By-Laws will be in a format which will allow each of the Sections to incorporate their own needs into the document.

The Committee is very pleased with the final result of the proposed Constitution. Neither the Men nor the Women will be disadvantaged in any way, in fact both groups will have an even say in the running of the new Section. Each section will then have their own By-Laws which will govern the day to day running of their particular activities.
