It is with deep sadness that I inform you of the passing of our dear bowls member and friend, Ian Corke.  Ian passed away on Monday morning 21st June.

Ian has been a member of our Club since 2007 and served on the Bowls Management Committee in several roles including Secretary. Ian was a quiet peaceful man with a great sense of humour, and was very popular with all the bowlers.

Many of you may know Ian was a Graphic Designer by trade and he designed and published our advertising brochures for our Bowls related events. Ian also designed and published the latest edition of the Members Contacts booklet.

He and his wife Maureen were regulars on many of our annual Travelling Bowlers trips away. The last one being to Mudgee in October 2019.

Ian was a gentleman in the truest sense of the word and will be sadly missed by all. Our sincere condolences to his dear wife Maureen. Rest in Peace dear Ian.
