Tassie Travellers – Saturday 4th Feb

Day 9, Saturday 4th February 2017
Today is a bowls free day.

A typical day on the WPH Express Coach, includes a daily review of the day's planned activities by Jeremy Thiedeman, and today he advised we're off to Coles Bay and the beautiful scenery of the Freycinet Peninsula.

Our daily coach trips also includes entertainment by our three standup comedians Max Walters, Ross Iredale and Bhisham Singh. We've heard some great joked and laughed along the way.

On arrival at the Freycinet National Park some of the more energetic travellers opt to climb up to the 230 Mtrs Wineglass Bay Lookout. The others opting for a less strenuous walk to an alternative lookout.

Afterare morning exercise we had lunch at Coles Bay. Some had lunch at the local Tavern, others went to the Marine Farm for a seafood lunch.

We then headed back to Scamander for a Spit Roast dinner at our hotel. Most called it an early night so we could pack ready for our journey to Launceston in the morning.
